Kazuhisa Mochizuki has over 30 years of experience in audit, tax, transfer pricing, business restructuring and M&A advisory for Japanese, Asian, European and US companies. Mochizuki started his career with one of big 4 where he specialized in multinational companies. In Japan, he is providing Japanese tax advisory for companies from variety of countries such as US, UK, Germany, France, Israel, Hong Kong, China, etc.  In China, he has established Mochizuki Consulting China and provided financial advisory services since 2004.
